Yes. There is a one time $20.00 cleaning deposit. The cleaning deposit is refundable on the day you vacate as long as the unit you are vacating has been totally emptied and swept clean.
Rent is due on the anniversary of your move in date. For example if you began renting your unit on November 20th, your rent payments would be due on the 20th of each month for the duration of your tenancy.
You have a 10 day grace period. After 10 days, there is a $10.00 late fee, and access to your unit will be suspended.
No. You can also mail in a payment, call in a payment with a credit card, or pay online on our website. For your convenience we do have an after-hours payment box for check payments.
Mini Storage access hours are 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
No. It is your responsibility to supply your own lock. This way, you know that you are in total control of your unit and who has access to your unit. If you do not bring a lock with you, we sell them for your convenience.
Yes. There is a contract, but there is no long-term commitment. Each time you pay your rent, you automatically extend your contract for 30 days.
We have a one (1) month minimum stay. After that time you will receive a refund for the remainder of any unused rent that has been paid for, but not used. We do require a 10 day move out notice.
We will cut you a check once we have verified that the unit is empty and clean. If your last payment was by check, then we will have to wait 10 working days for your check to clear before we can issue your refund.
